Just a note to thank you again for counting me in on that wonderful, amazing and emotional Honor Flight. You and your assistants handled everything to perfection! It was an honor to have you go with us and show us the way to one of the most memorable days of my life!
My heartfelt thanks to you and all the team who made the Honor Flight possible for my father. He had a day like no other for him!!! You were so sweet and helpful to work with while arranging the travel. That day won't be forgotten by this family.
Although this note is a little late in coming, I want to thank you and all the fine people who worked hard to make our Honor Flight such a wonderful experience. My brief acquaintance with several of the other veterans on the trip made this one long day seem like a short family reunion in many respects. It was a truly wonderful experience which I will always remember. Please pass along my sincere thanks to all the volunteers and guardians who made the trip possible.
I want to thank you and the rest of your staff and friends who made my trip to DC so great. I am so sure that you spent many hours taking care of the problems that could come. You and your staff did a great job! One of the things that surprised me was the fire truck that greeted us with water; the reception was something we didn't expect. It was great! Everything was overwhelming. What a great day it has been. I'll not forget the World War II Memorial and the other places we visited and will always be in our memories for our lifetime. Thanks for everything.
